Blackberry '75

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz Gin

  • 3/4 oz Lemon Juice

  • 1/2  oz  Syrup 

  •  2 oz Prosecco

Instructions
Add Gin, Lemon Juice and Blackberrry Lemon ​ Syrup to shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a glass. Top with Champagne or Prosecco. 

* I used Empress Rose Gin for this however you can use any gin of your choice.   Leopold Bros Summer Gin would also be great in this.

Spicy Mango Margarita

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Tequila 

  • 1 oz Lime Juice

  • 3/4  oz  Cointreau 

  •  1/2 oz Syrup

Instructions
Add Tequila, Lime Juice, Cointreau and Mango Jalapeño Syrup to shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a double rocks glass with ice. 

* If. you want more volume, you can top with some club soda

Strawberry Mojito

Ingredients

  • 2 oz White Rum

  • 3/4 oz Lime Juice

  • 1/2  oz  Syrup 

  •  2 oz Club Soda

Instructions
Add Rum, Lime Juice and Strawberry Mint Syrup to shaker with ice. Shake and strain into tall glass with ice. Top with Club Soda. 

* Montanya Platino is a great Colorado rum to use in this cocktail. You could also omit the rum for a  mocktail.

Sparkling Pear Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz Bourbon

  • 1 1/2 oz Pear Juice

  • 1/2 oz Lemon Juice

  • 1/2  oz  Syrup 

  •  2 oz Prosecco 
     

Cocktail Bar

Instructions
Add Bourbon, Pear Juice,  Lemon Juice and Pear Cardamom​ Syrup to shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a glass with ice. Top with Prosecco. 

* Breckenridge Bourbon whiskey is a good option for this cocktail. You could also use vodka for a variation.

Pear Hot Toddy

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz Bourbon

  • 8 oz Very Hot Water

  • 3/4 oz Lemon Juice

  • 1/2  oz  Syrup

Instructions
Add  very Hot Water (almost boiling) to a heat proof glass. Add Bourbon, Lemon Juice and Pear Cardamom​ Syrup. Stir until syrup dissolves. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and lemon wedge.

* Breckenridge Whiskey is a good option for this cocktail.

Cranberry Spritz 

Ingredients

  • 6 oz Prosecco

  • 1 oz Gin or Vodka

  • 1/2  oz  Syrup 

  • 1 oz Cranberry Juice

  •  Club Soda

Instructions
Fill a wine glass with ice. Add Gin or Vodka , Cranberry Orange Syrup, and Cranberry Juice. Stir & add Prosecco and top with Club Soda. Stir again and garnish with Cranberries and a Rosemary Sprig.

* I used Deviation citrus Gin for this recipe.

Marshmallow Old Fashioned 

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Bourbon

  • 1/2  oz  Syrup 

  •  Bitters

Instructions
Add Bourbon, Marshmallow Syrup and 2 dashes of bitters to a mixing glass ​with ice. Stir and strain into a rocks glass with large ice cube. Garnish with toasted marshmallow. 

* I used Rocker Bourbon for this however you can use any bourbon of your choice.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Vodka

  • 1/2 oz Lemon Juice

  •  Ginger Beer

Instructions
Add Vodka, Lemon Juice and Blackberry Lemon ​ Syrup to a mule mug with ice. Stir until cold. Top with Ginger Beer. 

* I used Leopold Silvertree Vodka for this however you can use any vodka of your choice.
